Eureka Auto Glass-Lied and sold me broken window-Charged more than agreed Detroit, Michigan
This is the worst Auto glass shop in the whole city of Detroit. Its run by a bunch of non-english speaking thieves who stole my money and lied to me. I took my chevy van there 6 months ago and had a guy named Ali (the owner) tell me it was $300 to change my windshield. I agreed, when it was time to pay he charged me $450 and threatened to take my car radio and break the glass if I did not pay.
Out of fear I agreed, when I got home I saw it was the glass was cracked. This is a scary place run by thugs. Please avoid at all costs! pay the little extra and go somewhere else where you will have peace of mind. Eureka Auto Glass is a dirty scam. They will rob you blind. stay away from Eureka Auto Glass on Warren Ave in Detroit, Michigan

my name is zack the owner of eurekaautoglass and i just seen this review. i know this customer is lieing because we don't even charge more than $150 for windshield on any chevy van. this customer if he had a crack in the windshield after we put it in he has a lifetime warranty on it. i think it's really racist that you guys put the comment up saying none english speaking thieves. there is nobody by the name of ali as the owner. i want proof that i charged him not double but triple the price that he is saying. this customer is taking his anger out on my business and don't appreciate it. i would like if you would take this off my record. you can contact me at 313899-3800 or my cell at 313-415-6187 and i would more than happy to pull the receipt up and show you that the customer is not telling the truth.
