I have tried to deal with this company from China before, I should have known better after having troubles the first time.  I purchased some items on their online store, www.everbuying.com , just like before, the company came back after I paid, that a certain item was out and they would refund me in a few weeks.  I was fine with this at the time.   I was ver patient with this company, knowing my items were coming over seas.  I waited over 3 long months for my items.  After the second month I made a ticket ticket with the company to try and find my items and they told me "it could take up too three months for items to get into the USA.  If my items hadnt arrived after 3 months to contact them again"

After three months of waiting I emailed them again and told them I just wanted a refund because I had not received my items.  When they wrote back to me they asked if I would be ok with just accepting a $10 refund for my items not received.  I replied, stating I want my full refund for the items.  The lady replied:

Dear Rikki 
Thanks for your response we regret that problem but you know we really send order out to you and you have not paid in surance, how could we give you full refund if we give full refund without paid insurance, can you tell me what's the insurance use for? 


This must be their way of getting you for a few more dollors or getting you for your entire order.  Its not about the little bit of money I lost, its about the fact these people are getting away with it.  So they either get $2-$4 from every customer for insurance packaging.... or they get all your money on your order and dont even ship it.
