F8 Quad Band Dual Cards with Java FM Touch Screen Cell Phone(Black) purchased from www.everbuying.com has never worked as a phone and does not recognize any sim cards whatsoever. It works as an mp3 player and that's it. Do not purchase from this site, they will keep your money and not refund, not talk to you, nor will they acknowledge any e-mails.
