I was contacted by Everest Consumer Services, 235 Peachtree St., Suite 4000, Atlanta, Ga. The was identified as Holly. She stated that I had been approved for a Master Card with no annual fees or restrictions and unsecured with cash advances. She stated that I had been selected from a previous application which was declined by another bank and that this was actually master card company giving me an opportunity to rebuild my credit.

I asked her many questions requarding her company and how would I know that she was legitimate company. She offered me to look them up on the internet. There would be on a one time life time activacation fee of 299.00 and that she needed to have my bank acct rounting and checking account numbers. The procedure was for me to pay 299.oo on July 2, 2004 and get my MC in 7-10 days and then take 299.00 cash off my new mastercard.

While refusing to give account information and checking the internet for Everest Consumer Services. The name came up with warning RIP-OFF. I read the RIP-OFF INFO to Holly and she immediately hung up.
