I ordered a motorcycle helmet. They sent me a bicycle helmet for a child. It wasn't even the right style. The one I ordered looked like a mouse.
The one I got was a black half she'll for a bicycle that was not D.O.T approved as stated. I sent them photos and they stood by their transaction. They were happy to take my money.
