I ordered this pendant on line and wore it about 7 times. Then the spokes started bending and now the main spoke is bent and the Cz's are falling out. I emailed the company and stated the facts and they said that they only replace things before 30 days and this was 3 months ago. but I feel it is the fault of the manufacturer and they should honor my claim. It is shoddy merchandise.

How exactly do the "spokes" bend if you are simply wearing the pendant and not putting any undue pressure on it? I've never heard of such a thing occurring with any kind of jewelry when used properly under normal conditions.

Clearing up coments

Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I hardly wore this pendant. And when I did the spokes would bend. I don't think this should happen to any jewelry and especially because it was not cheap. I make jewelry and certainly know how to care for it. I think your coments were uncalled for as you do not know the circumstances. I think that the manufacturer's should be notified about this defect in their product. If the piece broke on account of my negilence I would have taken responsiblity.

3 months is quite a bit longer than 30 days!

The return policy is 30 days -- a reasonable amount of time as far as such policies go. You tried to return an item after 3 months -- quite an unreasonable request. A lot could have happened to the necklace over 3 months. How is the store supposed to know that you really only wore it 7 times? For it to get all bent out of shape like you say, it had to have gotten some unusual wear and tear. May I suggest in the future you take better care of your jewelry, perhaps not wearing it in situations in which it will get unnecessary abuse or undue wear. And quit trying to pass off your damaged goods on the store from which you purchased them. The store is not responsible for your lack of care for your belongings.
