Weeks after receiving my controller - I received a further bill for almost 25% of the purchase price. EVIL controllers just said said they aren't interested as they have no control over local texes. They refused to advise me on how to obtain a refund - and refused to provide a postal address Avoid this company at all costs

We do declare the package at a minimal amount for insurance purposes. All of this informaiton is listed on our site, and we are forthcoming of any and all shipping information, so that our customer are fully aware and there are no unexpected surprises. Our agent was right of informing you that our return policy is 7 days from the day you receive the controller. This is our standard policy. We do understand that every instance is different and do try to go above and beyond to resolve any issues that might arise. As a courtesy we have covered the import taxes that you have inccurred.
