sad day when my sister inlaw told me to look at ripoff report| but low and behold their it was " excel loss mitigation" everthing i read on their has happed to me , the lies, the no communication and the taking of my money$1.00.25 they would have$1.495 if my wife didnot stop payment on the last check to them. i hope they will have to answer to someone here,if not here? " they will have to latter"
