Luis was scammed and so were many other people that trusted Excel Loss Mitigation to save there home i can not believe Mark Armstrong had the nerve to get on here and post considering the fact that there is no Mark Armstrong maybe its really Frank Bell or his dad David Bell or maybe its Larry or Ever who knows but there is no Mark Armstrong at that company just a bunch of good for nothing scam artist former drug dealer and other loser that have recently gotten out of prison and cant find a job anywhere else. If you have been scammed by these people don't go after excel because thats pointless they change there name all the time go after Frank Bell Investment or Frank Bell himself because he is the owner i worked there for 2 weeks then i quit once i realized that they were scamming people now I'm doing everything i can to have Frank Bell put in jail and i wont rest until him and his loser daddy are behind bars and if you work there you better get out now because everyone in that place is under investigation and you people are knowingly lying to people to pad your pockets. That place is gonna be raided and people are going to jail as well as hell. I give you my word i will put Frank Bell behind bars which should be really comfy for you with your screwed up back. Sleep good Frank cause you will pay for what you have done to these people.

WE ARE NOT A SCAM

I understand that there was a customer stating that we were a sham. That is UNTRUE. We are a foreclosure mitigation company. We have a group of legal experts and professional mediators that work specifically with lenders and government entities to help home owners. We are a FEDERALLY MANDATED PROGRAM. Anyone who thinks we are a sham are poorly mistaken. If you note on the complaint, the address is not our corporate address.

Homeowners in need of help, you don't need a third party to take your money, contact your Servicer

HOMEOWNERS, CALL YOUR LENDER OR SERVICER FOR ASSISTANCE AND KEEP YOU'RE MONEY. IF YOU CAN'T GET HELP FROM THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN OR ANY OFFICIAL, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS ASSISTANCE, LOSS MITIGATION BENEFITS YOU AND YOUR LENDER. I spoke to this company, Excel Loss Mitigation about employment opportunities on January 14, 2009, the person I spoke to Larry and I have opted to omit this person last name, he apparently handles the oversight for the sales division of this company in Houston, Texas. I have been in the mortgage business assisting homeowners for ten plus year in various capacities and found this to be a most disturbing conversation. I attempted to ask questions regarding this companies practice, years in business, internal processes, after many minutes of vague unknowledgeable answers, listening to the sales pitch given to distressed homeowners I opted to just listen and found it all very disturbing. After a LONG SALES PITCH and several comments about this company's best practice to hard close sales and negative unfounded comments about the mortgage industry, it was apparent this person was a SALES PERSON not a mortgage professional, his objective was to get YOUR $1,498.00 your MONEY. I consider myself a mortgage professional and practice the highest standard of integrity. I decided I could NOT consider this company for employment and ended the call. This was so disturbing I felt I needed to do some research on this company on the internet regarding this company. With many years of experience my instinct was correct complaints. BEWARE>>>>>> HOMEOWNERS YOU DO NOT NEED A THIRD PARTY TO REPRESENT YOU IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH YOUR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS.KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND PLEASE CALL YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY. In my opinion Telemarketers are allegedly targeting and taking advantage of the tough economic times. BEWARE consumers.

Innaccurate report of our reputable company

This comment is in response to Luis . We took Luis on as a client to help negotiate a workout agreement with his lender. We explained to Luis that we could offer no guarantee as he allready had a foreclosure date set. We attempted to contact Luis a number of times and the number we had on file was continously disconnected. Luis also consistently provided innaccurate and incorrect information in context to pertinent financial information we require and his lender requires for a workout agreement. He also failed to submit the information we requested in a timely manner. Excel Loss Mitigation has negotiated thousands of Loan modifications, repayment plans , and forbearance agreements successfully. Luis did not lose his house because of Excel. Luis lost his home because of his own actions.
