I was originally told that the principal for this organization would help me open doors to finding a new job. I was emailed several forms to complete and then I was asked to complete my new resume. Very litte feedback was given other than the typical "change a word here...change a word there".

After several weeks of inactivity, I asked the owner what I was doing wrong and asked why we were not talking. She informed me that she typically had weekly metings with her clients. I asked why we were not having these meetings and she said that she just hadn't scheduled them. We did arrange to meet on Wednesday evenings. After the first few calls, I was asked to change the meeting time because she was too tired at the ened of the day to talk with me. I gladly changed the meeting times.

Over the past 7 months, I have had to initiate almost all calls with this organization and each time I am asked what I had done to "network". I recently asked wat my options are and I waas told the following "My contract is for coaching. I have given you good advise and continue to do so. I do not have a refund policy. I have put in a lot of calls and e mails So I kept a record. If you find the opportunities I can give you relly good advise and how to get the job."

This is not what I signed up for, but technically she is correct. This is what the contract states. My recommendiation is to only use this organization if you need "coaching". Do not expect this organization to help you open doors that are typically closed. You have to do all the work and they are supposed to help you close the deal.

I am not sure who this person is, but I never misrepresented myself, or my company to this person. I have been in this business for 42 years and to my knowledge this is the only bad press I have ever had. I am willing to show you my contract that I assume people read before then sign it. I do have a lot of connections, but thats not what I sell. I sell my services that have helped hundreds of top level people find exciting professional careers. I always tell my clients that after the homework stage and preparing resumes that they must set an appt every week. That is the only way my process works. This man is not telling the truth. I have proof of the type of success I have with clients. I had three clients that I did not find job for, and in each case they were the ones that did not do the work but wanted the results. He said my recommendation is to only use this organization if they need coaching. Well, that's is what I do. Having all of the experience that I have though, from time to time I am able to refer some of my clients to other clients who have landed tops jobs, but his is not what is stated in the contract and it is not what I sell. The top of my contract state: EXECUTIVE COACHING You have no right to put my name under Corrupt Companies.
