Executive Painter Inc Howard Green or Tony Dont give him a deposit and dont allow him to pick up your materials because he will take off with it and do no work Stone Mountain Georgia
Howard Green aka Tony is working with a plumber named Frederick Robinson to rip people off. Frederick Robinson has a company called Liquid Construction Plumbing design and Home Renewal. Frederick will come in and charge you a ridiculous consulting fee with out telling you up front and then will call Howard Green to come in and do your painting. They play good guy bad guy and Howard is the so called good guy there to save you from being overcharged and will so called "work with you". He never has an ID to show and says his van or work truck is in the shop so he is driving a SUV around. Beware if he shows you all the quotes and invoices for work he has done, those are the names and addresses of the people he has ripped off. Howard Green travels with a young light skinned boy that is about 9 - 10 years old he calls his grandson Malachi that is hardly ever in school. He took an $1100 deposit for work to be done and went to home depot to pick up materials that I paid for and never returned. The people from Home Depot called his continuously to help me and her lied and said he was going to bring me the materials. Over the course of a week, he started out with a lie that said his Aunt Passed, then his pressure washer stopped working, then it was too windy outside, then his daughter went to jail in Fayetteville and got her car impounded to its traffic and he is on his way. When I looked up his company online it said he was a crook and he said that was because when he finished the job the people did not pay him and he sued them and they went online and put the bad comments about him. That is not true. he is a crook. My best advice is to hold on to your on material and pay AFTER the job is done.
