Your website does absolutely no work to ascertain the validity of the allegations. Nor does it make any effort to contact the company to verify the allegations. We demand that this slanderous complaint be removed from your website at once. In response to the baseless complaint, all of our conversations are maintained in a voice library system in order to ascertain the full integrity of the order being placed. Just because a customer changes his mind after the fact does that negate the fact that an order was placed? Did the customer contact our customer service dept.? If so what transpired? As mentioned above, your one-sided reporting is reckless and highly suspect, devoid of any conciliatory aspects. Additionally it can soil the fine reputation of a reputable company.
