Expensify (expense reporting tool) prices doubled, no option to cancel subscription San Francisco CA
Expensify doubled prices for customers like my small business UNLESS we sign up for their proprietary "credit" card (which is actually a corporate debit card). By the time we investigated this new "offer," it was too late to cancel our annual renewal. We understand that we must pay the increased price for the three months it took us to figure out this scammy price hike, but Expensify will not release us from the contract going forward. All we ask is to cancel our contract.
