Exposed Skincare ripoff dishonest, does not honor money back guarnatee, will not return numerous emails...bad business skills - Liars! Internet
I was really excited about this skincare product. The 1-year guarantee made me very comfortable spending the $75 for it. However - it did not work for me. It left my face scaley with numerous bumps all over (even on my lips!) - that I never had before.
I have been contacting the company since February leaving numerous emails in their "Returns" section. They do not have an address or phone number listed - so email is the only way to communicate. They have not returned any of my emails. The final email was left last week, and I let them know that I will be contacting the RipOff report (there is another person that turned them in on here - check it out) and contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Unfortuanely, still no replies. The person or persons running this business is extremely unprofessional. Please everyone that reads this - do not purchase their terrible product. Not only will it not work - you will get ripped off completely! I have an appointment early next week with our Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I am also leaving info anywhere and everywhere I can about this company. If only they returned 1 of my 10 emails - and given me my money back per their guarantee, none of this would have to happen. EXPOSED SKINCARE IS A RIP OFF!!!!!
