I leased a vehicle from express auto in summer of 2015. They told me they'd help me get my credit score back up and they'd help me find a reliable, and affordable vehicle. I've had be vehicle less than a year and I've had 3 transmissions put into the vehicle. I pay almost $440 a month for a car that isn't worth more than $3500. I have had so many issues with this business and they're rude and not helpful whatsoever. I've read through the contract and I'm trying to find a way to get out of the lease. When my car does need to be fixed, they always say it's the transmission, but it's never fully fixed. They always have the vehicle for much longer than they say they're going to have it for.

You're probably stuck in the CAR FLEASE unless you can find somebody to buy you out. Although this is a great big negative for you, the positive is you have now learned why you should NEVER...EVER get into any CAR FLEASE and that means a new car and absolutely, positively a used car! You are now in an excellent position to help others by spreading the word! The reason you see car dealers pushing a CAR FLEASE front and center is because there is so much more profit in it for them. That profit comes from the person who is FLEASED.
There are often BOGUS front and back end fees and the clause they really like...the "excess wear and tear" charge. At the end of the FLEASE period, they will often come up with grossly exaggerated wear and tear items or require you to pay for new tires. Guess what? The money they charge you for these alleged wear and tear items is often just kept by them and no repair of these items is ever performed. Please don't let this matter fall by the wayside. Start spreading the word and be a hero by saving alot of people alot of money!
