Express Dept Elimination failed to lower high interest rate credit cards,failed to save me $1500+900 (that they took)within 30 days without higher payments Atlanta Georgia
I recieved a call on may 2 2009 from this lady claiming that she could lower my interest rates on my high interest rate cards. She said she could get my interest rates lower and show me a savings of $1500 within 30-40 days without my payments going up ever. And if she couldn't save me that that I should get a full refund.
I do have high interest rate cards so she got me. She charged one of my cards $990. I did n't fell right about this at the time but I was welling to give her a chance. On may 4 2009 I tried calling them to cancel the service. But they would not let me. On may 8 2009 I recieved some paper work from them to fill out a return to them. I returned it back to them the following monday. I called to make the appointment that they wanted, but they said they would call. So I waited for that call for 4 weeks.They made appointment for june 17 ( well past their 40 days) but then they don't even call when they say they would. So june 18 I call them and said cancel this you can't help me. but they wouldn't cancel. They said I had to complete it. So they set up another appointment for july 3 which is now really past their deadline.
I also got my creditor involed. But when my creditor went to talk to them they wouldn't talk to 3rd partys.
So they tried to get my interest rate down on the cards. But they were only able to get one out of four cards lowered. They got it from 15.99% to 9.99% on a card that has $1000 balance that they took the money from. So in all they saved me 6% on money they took. When they go to show you your savings, they compare the min. payment on your credit card bill to want you are paying on your cards. So they show you what you are already saving yourself. What a scam. This salepersons name is Toni Lester.
I'm still fighting for my refund. If I can get any help please help.
