Bayonne,#2Consumer Suggestion
Sat, March 10, 2012
I have reviewed your consumer complaint and find it within my jurisdiction. However, before we began talking about what you consider a ripoff have you done the following:
simply because, failure on your part to do these things would constitute negligence on your behalf and you would be out of the money. I suggest you do these things before you immediately assume you are being ripped off as this helps safeguard your rights against an attorney who may represent them in the court of law.
Lastly, we all purchase things here and there. You were weak and gave in because you wanted to expand or start a business. What you must comprehend is that a business takes work and if you are not positively involved or anti-social then chances are your business will not succeed.
In closing all of what you explained in your rip-off report can easily be reclaimed in taxes at the end of the year if you are fully legit, which means that you would get a free turnkey business at the expense of the American Government. How does that sound?
NOTE: The disclaimer of Arizona laws holding jurisprudence over any posting or complaint if null and superseded by 15USC2 should any rip off really occur. In all other instances this hold merit and is bound and fully protected by United States Arbitrational Law.
