Eye Couture ordered sample of eye cream Santa Ana California
I ordered sample for $4.95 which I received approx. October 30 2017
Then my credit card was charged $89.95 on 11-14-2017 which I have asked for the charges to be reverced.
This is a total rip off.It does not work like they advertise.
