She literally was rude and yelled at me through email. i paid for overnight service - the package came 3-4 days later and i had to be home to sign and at the time i am unable - this is the response i got from customer service - "The item was delivered the post man stood at your door and you were not home. Once the post office returns it we will of course refund you less shipping. Your schedule is not my problem. When you order things online.. Guess what? BE HOME! Becky S. I responded regarding the email i read - wondering how could he see that the email was rude and he then emailed back this response. 'You could not be home for delivery so just goto post office in the morning before work and pick up item.
