EZ Dock of Long Island Sunstream Boat LiftsPerformance Watercraft of Long Island Defective Sunstream Boat Lift from EZ Dock LI. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM Seaford New York
I purchased a Sunstream Boat Lift and EZ Dock Jet Ski Lift from EZ Dock Long Island. I have had nothing but problems from day one of install on both items. The owner doe not call back and both units have fallen apart. Sunstream the manufacturer cant get in touch with their authorized dealer and say that they are not responsible for fixing float even though their distributor has disapered.
This unit should of never been sold to me. The brackets on the float that the ines are tied to have broken off. The plastic foam floats have fallen apart and my boat has gotten damamged from both sides.
The EZ Dock jet ski lift has defectice mounting braclets and I have to hold it in polace with a line. The brackets on that are defective as well. I have contacted EZ Dock manufaturer and they have not doe anything to help me out with this repair.
To sum it up. Dont buy anythuing from these companys.
