I am attaching my email correspondence with this company in verbatim to explain the whole story. I am still hoping this is just merely a mistake and that they correct this fraudalent action ASAP:

In reviewing my bank statements, I have noticed that I am being charged $9.95/month for this (most recently on 12/22/05). Per below, this was supposed to be canceled and all monies refunded back to me.

The following debits have been applied to me that need to be refunded immediately:

12/22/05 - $9.95

11/18/05 - $9.95

10/19/05 - $19.95

TOTAL= $39.85

Please fix and credit back this error ASAP before I am forced to take any further action.

Thanks,

Greg

Subject: EZ Greets Membership Fraud

Importance: High

Hi,

I was recently contacted via phone to sign up for a 30-day membership to EZ Greets in order to receive (2) vacation packages (Bahamas and Colorado). Other then the need to provide for travel to the sites and food, taxes, etc., I was told there were not any "hidden" catches.

Upon visiting your site to print out the coupon and noticed this statement:

"In order to qualify for this vacation, you are required to attend a courteous sales presentation and tour of the sponsoring resort properties.(Approx. 90 minutes during breakfast or lunch on one of the days during your stay)"

This information was not stated to me at the time I agreed to this offer, and I do not feel I should be charged for this. Please cancel my existing membership immediately and refund what you have charged me. In addition, let your phone solicitors know that they should be providing accurate information when someone asks them specifically:

"Are there any hidden requirements you're not telling me?" He made it sound like I "won" some prize drawing.

If this is not taken care of ASAP, I will seek means to address this issue within my legal rights. I am forwarding this onto one of our Legal Counsel as a precaution in case I need to move in that direction. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or

require any additional information in order to satisfy this request.

Thanks,

Greg
