I pawned a family heirloom in April of 2016, in order to get money to attend a family funeral. I paid faithfully and on time for 10 months, paying exorbitant interest fees. When I went yesterday, February 6, 2017 to redeem my loan, they could not find my ring . The store manager, Tyler Chacon, said they needed to "audit" the safe, and asked me to return in the evening. I did, and he stated either an employee "lost or stole" my ring. I was not offered an immediate refund of the approximately $1500.00 I had paid in interest nor the value of my ring back, which they valued at $2000.00, but which is actually worth more. I was told someone would contact me, and to go home. I have not been contacted. I want both my financemail charges returned, and my value of my property.
