Biz7922 Sun City, California U.S.A. Does not add up P. Diaz has her address from El Cajon, CA but yet she is supposed to work in Nevada. Do you fly everyday to Nevada? How can you be a customer service manager who lives in San Diego, CA but works in Nevada? This does not make sense. Why would you even take the time to post this ridiculous comment? Of course she does not fly to work everyday. It's called TELECOMMUTING...if you still need me to define that for you, it's "WORKING FROM YOUR HOME OFFICE."

Mr. W, I suggest that you take a professional approach in dealing with problems. As I also stated in my telephone conversation with you yesterday - DO NOT put your words in my mouth. You only see what you want to see and don't care about what other people have to offer. You came here for the consultation and advice - this is what we gave you. Whether you like what you have on your credit report or not, whether you want to accept it or not - it is your choice. No one can make anyone commit to things they don't like. You were the one to decide if the solution we offered would work for you. But slandering our name for nothing, falsifying information and accusing us of making up those mistakes on your credit report is unprofessional and unethical. Returning to your comments saying I admitted that there was no need for a Rescore: To refresh your memory - you said the accounts we wanted to rescore were Mortgage accounts and I confirmed that mortgage accounts do not have to be rescored. After I opened your report and compared it to the expert review that was sent to you, I explained that those accounts show as Revolving Charge accounts, not Mortgage. If those accounts were classified that way in error, then it is another issue that needs to be fixed with your Creditors and Credit Agencies. Again, there was no mistakes done on our part, we simply stated the facts taken off your credit report. But apparently, you were not interested in accepting those facts. As you may be aware, the job of Customer Satisfaction Manager is to resolve customer complaints and to satisfy the customer. As you stated in your original complaint, your desired resolution was the $200 refunded or to achieve results. In order to achieve results, you needed to clear conditions that were stated in your Expert Review, which you did not accept and did not want to hear about. I also offered a refund of $200, which you said would satisfy you, in order to reach an agreement acceptable for both you and us. And after satisfying what you requested, of course I would ask you to update your posted complaint, saying your claim was satisfied. Why wouldn't you if that was exactly what you asked for? But you now decided that you do not want a refund any more. Instead, you continue posting negative posts and complaints, lying and misrepresenting information after all of our attempts to satisfy you as a customer and reach a positive resolution, even though there was no misconduct, misrepresentation or mistakes done by any of the staff members at EZunsecured.com. I would really appreciate your common sense, acting as an adult and addressing the issues professionally. Everybody is always here to assist you and address all concerns you may have. Sincerely, Zhana Tomak Office Manager EZUnsecured.com

Mr. W-------- was a client of mine. I was assisiting him in clearing up some of the items on his personal credit report. Mr. W------ is telling fasle stories regarding this specific issue. His creditors reported information and rather than assist me in clearing up the erroneous information his creditors reported he chose to act as if I somehow made the mistakes. Clealry I have no control over the information contained in his credit report. It is our policy to assist clients in clearing up any negative issues with their credit, Mr. W------- insisted there was nothing wrong with his credit, I offered to send him a copy of his report which we pulled and sent him this email : Please see the attached report, this is not something that we did or that our credit reporting agency did, this is something that your creditors reported to the credit agencies. In a phone call after I sent his report to him: Mr. Wooldridge responded by saying that he wanted to cancel because he felt I was trying to create issues so that I could obtain additional funds from him. I explained to him that again this was not something we had done, rather something that his creditors had done and if he truley believed this I had an alternative solution and even offered him the opportunity to go to another company and have his re-scores done and just let me know when they were completed and I would pull a new report. Mr. W------ laughed at me and said he would make me sorry and that he planned to begin a slanderous campaign against me( hence the rip off report with my name in it). Mr. W------ became very aggressive and rude at which time I accepted his cancellation and once again stated that we did not report the erroneous information to his credit, rather that his creditors had reported the information and I felt that he was taking the issue out on me. This morning 06/20/2008 I called Mr. W----- and attempted to ask him about this report and why he lied and slandered me this way. Mr. W-------- stated " lifes a B&^%$ and I fixed you up real nice didn't I?" He proceed to tell me that he planned to post more reports in as many places as he could just to make sure I did not mess up any one else's credit report. Again I ask you- How could I possibly have any control over information reported on his credit? Final Foot Note: Clearly Mr. W------- is out to slander my good name simply because he cannot get his creditors to report accurate information. He would rather blame me and spend his time slandering me in a public forum than clean up his credit. PDiaz

It is June 19, 2008 (6PM) I get a call from someone in the customer satisfaction department. The first thing that person asked me was if I were to be refunded would I remove this post from the internet? I answered no. After some debate with her about the need for "Rapid Re-Scoring" The customer satisfaction rep actually admitted to me that she could not see the need for Pamela's request for a Rescore... That's right admitted to what I had been saying all the time. Even after admitting this no solution was offered other than a refund of my initial fee in exchange for the removal of this post. Once it became apparent that I had no intentions of removing this post the need for a "Re-Score" became an issue of discussion again. I am now focused on highlighting their lack of ethical business practices (charging for additional un-required services to my file) Exposing it to them didn't result in an apology for mistake and offer to move forward, just a request for me to shut up and go away. This behavior infuriates me so much that I will stand on principal and hope that I get the satisfaction that some other business owners out here will avoid these pick-pockets like the plague.
