FaceBook Windows Blocked me then referred me to Anydesk.com Internet
Two weeks ago I began receiving microsoft warnings that my aps need to be updated. (They are updated automatically and I have Norton security.) I changed my password and it worked sporadically for a while.
3 days ago I was blocked by Facebook for repeating a word in a government program, 'Wetback Operation', and told I would be blocked for 24 hours. When I signed on 60 hours later, I was still blocked. After I contacted Facebook complaints, and ACLJ by email.. suddenly, my facebook popped up and I was signed on. It showed a number to contact.
I contacted a number, 800-545-9082, foreign Charles Brown. I'd heard this name before when my daughter had the same thing happen. But I listened to the man, (sounded Venezuelan). He asked if I'd ever signed in from a library, or IPS. When I said no, he told me someone had compromised my account. I argued with him about charging me money and he assured me it would not but referred to his supervisor three times. He then, referred me to another number.
Justin, 850-366-6203 (sounded Indian) began talking me through. He had me pull up a screen, AnyDesk.com.. he said he'd walk me through to fix the problem. When he download, I said, 'What am I downloading?" He said what would fix my computer. I told him, I didn't believe him. I thought this was another rip off scheme.. and I was reporting him to the police. I hung up.
I don't know if facebook is involved, or if the scammers are piggy banking.. but I got the number to call, from them.. I don't know what to do to fix the problem with my facebook.. it doesn't happen on the internet.. but the little cloud, Microsoft screen comes up and has to be visible for my computer to work.
I don't skype, don't really want the cloud.. I just want my computer to work. I'm disabled, and do a lot of research and socializing with friends.. this is very frustrating... Please if you can help... When I can post on facebook, I will warn my friends.
Back to the main cause, I'd like to sue facebook for censorship and discrimination. I didn't call anyone 'w**b***'. I reperated a word from a government program, that was displayed on line. I said, 'Now I know why my dad called them w**b****.' My dad was Italian, and called a wop. When I said that, a man popped in and said, 'Are you talking to me?!" I said 'No, I wouldn't call anyone that. I was repeating the word from the program in the 50s. There are a lot of words we don't use today'. Then I was blocked my facebook.. and instead of 24 hours like they said, it's been 62 hours. Any ideas?
