New charges have been filed against Dean Kelly who is currently in jail awaiting trial for two rapes.
Based on allegations that Kelly held a minor against her will while sexually assaulting her, the Orleans Parish District Attorneys Office has added charges of kidnapping and carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
Kelly remains in jail on a $2 million bond.

NEW ORLEANS It was a strange ending to a hearing for a former model accused of rape. A judge was supposed to decide if Dean Kelly violated the terms of his probation for allegedly harassing a woman.

Moments after one of several witnesses took the stand, Kelly fell out of his chair and onto the floor.He appeared nresponsive, and minutes later paramedics wheeled Kelly out on a stretcher before taking him to a local hospital. EMS isn't
commenting on his condition at this time, citing privacy laws.

Kelly was in court on a probation revocation hearing, as the district attorney attempts to keep the defendant behind bars. Kelly has been in jail since being arrested Friday for an alleged rape back in 2005. He also faces two other rape charges.

As Kelly was being taken out of court, we talked with his mother and newlywed wife.They say, from a jailhouse phone he recently told them he was beaten up by other inmates.Beaten up in jail terribly, said Marilyn Kelly, Deans mother. You
see his face, his ear, his mouth, his eye Is closed. We kept looking at him. They told us we would have to stop looking at him if we wanted to stay in court. Hes just all beat up. His eye was swollen, one of his cheeks was puffed out, his ears
seemed to have a little bit of blood on it, said Lauren Kelly, Deans wife. Just in rough shape.

Before Dean Kelly collapsed, several female Tulane students testified about encounters they had with him. The stories were similar, as the students testified he acted aggressively in getting their phone numbers and then persistently sent text and Facebook messages, all the while using an alias -- either Tyler or Ty Durden.

The witnesses were called as the city attorney's office attempts to keep Dean Kelly behind bars. Pending his condition, Mondays hearing would resume Thursday afternoon.

Please if you have any REAL damaging facts, please tell me!  Im dating the guy, we have a nice life in chicago now, far away from the past! He doesnt even produce, he gave up his photography studio by the river. Basically hes moved on from the past, You should to.  Were about to start a family now, so really, if you have something REAL, HONEST, FACTUAL to state;  have at it!! I implore you. I met Dean in 2003 in New Orleans, where he is from. At the time he told me he was 31, but one day I saw him filling out a credit card application, and guess what, He was 37 then......so you do the math. Anyway, we always use to hang out at this beautiful house on St. Charles Ave....He told me it was his house, but his parents came home one morning, and were not too happy that me and 2 of my sorority sisters were sleeping in their spare bedroom. His mother was yelling "this is not your house, your too old for this s**t, GET A JOB!" And his father was yelling much of the same. He said his occupation was "real estate". I was young and didnt know that much of the time "real estate" means unemployed. So anywho, we would go shopping all the time, and I realized that he would always walk out of stores without paying......i mean ALL THE TIME! I asked him about it, and he said that stores know that people are going to steal, so they have extra...... WHAT?! So after that I refused to go into any retail store with him. He is truly a VERY strange guy. One weekend, his friend Jamie Kennedy came in town, and Dean ended up being "busy" most of the weekend, so I jot stuck with that jerk-off. But what was funny was that he kept talking about Dean(and BTW, Dean is his real name) and how he cant act worth a s**t. So I asked Dean to show me so of his stuff, and Jamie was right, he can't act.......SERIOUSLY TERRIBLE!! The truth about Dean is, is that he is fine as a friend when you are young and have low self-esteem and thinks its cool to hang around washed up, OLD, models, who's claim to fame is the "crazy" video, and who still live with their parents. But uf you have a little sense in your head, you can call his number within 2 mins of meeting and do yourself a favor and find someone that is actually important to have in your life, IN ANY CAPACITY.
