Factory Direct Portable Sheds they failed to comply with their contract of their product Oran Missouri
The shed was not and still is not leveled. The doors do not shut all the way, so rain water runs in onto the floor. By being unlevel a side board popped out and was nailed back, which now theres nails showing. it shakes because there is no center support. The shed was chosen the way it is for many purposes mostly for our business,its 12ft X 30ft it is suppose to be able to hold a car. Its a wood shed with a tin roof and a type of rolling garage doors with 4 drop in windows
My wife made several phone calls and one with a 3rd party as a witness. Then I called in Oct and they came.They said they would come back in a month, no show.It still was not level. The largest door does not touch the floor on one side. theres a large enough gp that alot of wind comes in so it is not able to be heated.
My wife talked to someone in Nov,Dec and Jan on the 5th and no show, then again on the 24th and was told they would call the next day there was no call.The shed was bought in May of 2006.We have kept the payments up of $252.48 and are not being treated right.The shed when payed off will be $5,700.00 if we do not make late payments...Then it will be like $2,000.00 more. This is why we are very upset about this. If the wood is warped from not being level this long then we will never be able to level it right. They told my wife that if the floor rotted they would just replace the floor but if they will not level it what would make us think they would fix the floor.Even when my wife was given the phone number of the man hat owns it there was no answer.
