I ordered 2 down pillows about 2 months ago. I have sent emails inquiring about the order with no response. The phone number listed says the person is busy and just hangs up. There is no recourse since they require you to use Amazon gift card for payment.
Very frustrating. Before I ordered I researched to see if it was a legit company and didn't find any negative information on the net.
