Fairbanks Capital all AKAs ripoff cheating money hungry scumbags reaffirmed a BANKRUPTCY Listed account without any written permission Jacksonville Florida
Here's a good one.
My mortgage was through IMC out of Ca. I listed the account in Bankruptcy Court , only after my fiancee & I could not agree on a sell out .
3 months after the discharge was ordered , IMC received , & accepted 8 months of back payments from the ex-fiancee , and applied them to the account . By IMC doing so , they took it upon themselves to reaffirm the account , but didn't change any names on it.( The account remains open )
The account is then sold to , you got it , Fairbanks Capital. After 4 years of faxes , emails , letters , & phone calls , all I hear is , they won't do anything to recongnize the bankruptcy until the ex refinances the account in her own name . I then hired a Credit Services Investigator . He has had more luck in 3 months time , than I've had in 4 yrs . ( Even though it seems like it is still taking forever to get this removed from my credit report )
I have rescently gathered 2 names from Fairbanks , that may be of help , Bill Garland , President. Jannet Yates , Consumer Affairs Consultant .
