My loan was recently sold to Fairbanks, no one from Fairbanks called me and informed my anything. The only letter I got was from my original lender which was UAMC telling me mail my payments to Fairbanks from now on. I sent my check out one week before my loan was due. Until three days ago June 10, 2003 I got a phone call from Fairbanks telling me that they had never received my payments. I had complained to the executive employee Varnell 800.947.5529 about my situation and he told me to fax my check front and back to the research department. So i did now they are investigating on my situation. What should i do. I don't want to lose my home 4 month old home. I work too hard to lose my house through Fairbanks Capital Corp. I have called and reported my complaint to HUD Inspection general and called the State Senator today. Is there anyone else in the Houston, Texas area that is having the same problems as I am??? Everyone should get together to stop this corruption.
