Fairbanks Capital Corp. harrasing phone calls even after several requests to stop the business that doesnt give a dam false promises fraudulent ripoff business liars Jacksonville Florida
we got bought buy fairbanks from another company. we have the same due date every month. we were told we have a 15 day grace period before the payment is consider late.
from the beginning they started calling the day after the first due date. i have never once (even if i had to pay the outrageous 15.00 fee by phone) missed the grace period.
we asked that they please stop calling until that 16th day mark. they did stop for a while but continued to send letters even after payments have cleared the bank showing we were a month behind.
yesterday the calls started again. my due date is the 14th...they started to call on the 16th!!!
i work in collections and all my customers have no grace period and we call right away. they get angry and i understand but they do not have that grace window and took that on when they signed their loans. we didn't!!!
i want the letters and calls to stop and only feel i deserve it if i hit that 16th day mark. if i think it may get close i even take the time to call in and let them know when it was mailed or pay the jerks the 15.00 so i won't get charged the 24.00 for late fees. ( i will give them credit for never having charged us with that but it wouldn't surprise me if they did).
