Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff No heart conti mortgage taken over by Fairbanks Capital Corp They only want your home Salt Lake City Utah
I refinanced my home with a company called Conti Mortgage. Then one day I was notified that Fairbanks had taken over the company!
My nightmare from hell had come back! The reason I refinanced was to get out from under Fairbanks because of how they treated us before. They said we owed when we didn't. My mother was on her death bed and I was at her house and they called me there and wanted to speak to my MOTHER! I told the man that I couldn't talk that my MOM was at deaths door. He said,"Well that seems like a personal problem to me and if you want to keep your home you will talk to me now and make your payment before I hang up."
I said well You will just have to call me at my home and I hung up.
I later got help and refinanced with conti and then for some reason I now have Fairbanks again. I feel that Conti. is the one that went back on its word and something should be done.
This year I called Fairbanks and told them that our payment may be late and that my husband had lost his job after he got hurt. The lady told me to take up donations, go to my local Charity and Churches to get the money to make my payment but for me to make sure that it wasn't late. I told my husband what she said and he didn't believe me, so I made him call and ask for a payment deferial. He did and the lady asked him why did we buy something we couldn't pay for and for us to go to local churches, charity. ask our friends and family for donations. He said are you kidding? NO! she said. Would like to make your payment now? My husband looked at me and hung up the phone.
We are upset and confused. I wished there was something we all could do to get them back for this company from hell. If anyone can help call me.

You must have spoken with the same "customer service" representative that told me to stop giving offerings to God/church and give it to them. Mind you...I wasn't even late..they had "misapplied" my payment. Because of the attitude that they come before God, they will have the rath of God on them. I predict that fairbanks will take a major fall, very, very soon. Failure is at their doorsteps. HA!
