Fairbanks Capital - Loan Servicing Center Ripoff Has cost us thousands of dollars in illegal fees and forced insurance and foreclosure fees Jacksonville, Florida Salt Lake City, Utah Louisville, Nationwide
Would like to be included in any class action suits against this company. I can't understand why our government allows this type of abuse to happen to hard working people. This company should be liquidated and the money from it's liquidation should be used to repay in full everyone that has been abused and defrauded.

Robert: Search the ripoffreport.com site for Fairbanks Capitol and see the info available. Or go to www.ftc.com and go to news releases, look for Fairbanks Capitol, you will see all the info on the Class Action Suit against Fairbanks Capitol and what is to be done.. However, you must call the phone number for the FTC, to request a form...when you get it,fill it out and mail ASAP. DO IT NOW, time is of the utmost importance. Good Luck. Please, someone post that info on the FTC site and the number to call.. I think it is on other Rip-off Reports.
