Fairbanks Capital Almost forclosed Salt Lake City Utah
We too, were victims of Fairbanks. Had to come up with almost 4000.00 to save our home. From Appraisal fees, to (their) attorney fees, misc charges etc. We filled out HUD paperwork before any of the major law suits began. Im curiouse to see if anyone knows what the outcome is.
I know they were to pay punitive damages of 4 million dollars. I went to the HUD wesite and found their case and printed it off. It consists of everything Fairbanks has been issued to do including paying consumers for the damages.
But it does not have any specific dates or who will be included in this. If anyone has any information, I would be forever in your debt.

courtney read your report and to answer your question i called the ftc hot line 1-877-862-0886 settlement,or go to www.ftc.gov. and you well get the information you need they well say that you well get a letter in the mail for the settlement and they well look into it to see about your stake and that the settlement well be in about 10months but first they need to get information on you. when you get the letter in the mail but call this no. first and have your loan no. ready. and then they well send you a letter at your address and when it gets through fill it out and send it back and they well reveiw it and it,s my understanding that you well get a settlement in ten months. good luck.
