Norma On March 6, 2003 Senator Barbara Mikulski out of Maryland, demanded an investigation of Fairbanks Capital during a HUD meeting. This investigation is now underway, and the things that they have uncovered in the last 10 days are very disturbing. WBAL-TC 11 NEWS has covered this investigation since the beginning, last Friday HUD investigators met with several Fairbanks customers to hear their stories. Fairbanks has also agreed to STOP ALL FORECLOSURES IN MARYLAND while the investigation continues. HUD's inspector general has set up a hotline for all Fairbanks victims to contact : 1-800-347-3735 or you can email the HUD's inspector general at : [email protected] When contacting HUD please let them know that you are currently facing foreclosure, also have all of your documents regarding your problems with Fairbanks at hand. I urge you to contact HUD TODAY!!!! They are listening, they WANT to hear from you. This investigation is long over due, and trust me, everyone knows it. Good Luck

You live in Maryland - there's a lot happening in Maryland right now. Senator Mikulski is on the case, and HUD is engaging in a formal investigation and meeting with Maryland residents who are being ripped off by Fairbanks. In fact, I'm pretty sure Fairbanks has been forced to agree to stop any foreclosures in the state of Maryland. Please read the information about Fairbanks posted on the ripoffreport home page and also check out www.conti-fairbanks.com for lots more helpful information.
