i worked for a company here in Florida but i was told to tell people that i was calling from Nashville about property in fairway cove that made me think but when i was told that the people could not take it a lawyer that sent bells off and then was told that i could not offer the land to any lawyer or realestate broker or agent it made me think long and hard about what was going on i also found out that Barry the owner has had some problems with selling land Now I'm not saying that it's a scam i left their because i don't want to get involved in it. Just keep in mind that if someone calls you and makes you a offer and sends out a contract have a lawyer look it over before you send $399.in with your name on it

To whom it may concern,
On August 16,2014 a comment was posted on your site regarding my company called Fairway Cove, Inc. as it has been close to a year on your site, it recently came to my attention from a existing client who sent the report to my office. Fairway Cove, Inc. is a register Tennessee Corporation with an At Rating and has been known as an accredited business for the past ten years. The person who wrote that statement applied for a position with Fairway Cove and was turned down after a background check revealed she has several arrest by several Law Enforcement Agencies. Needless to say she was not hired and was told to never apply for any position with Fairway Cove, Inc. After several months of Harassment by Barbara Dolan AKA TAZ, a permanent restraining order was placed on her as of 10/28/2014 by Circuit Judge Michael G. Kaplan. Case No. 33140-137146.
The property we represent is located in a 5 star rated community called Fairfield Glade which is located in Crossville, Tennessee. As a Tennessee Corporation and owner Developer, we are allowed to represent this highly rated community and have done so for the past 25 years. My company has no interest on ownership of any properties in the State of Florida.
It is unfortunate that someone like Barbara Dolan can be allowed to manipulate the system by writing to companies like yourself who has an obligation to check out the real facts.
Fairway Cove, Inc. has an excellent reputation in the Community for the past 25 years and has funded many new projects in the Fairfield Glade Community. Please remove the distorted picture your company put on Google as it is the right thing to do.
