Another number they use is 949-359-1644
These scammers create fly by night listings and phone numbers trying to get you to send money for a classic car or truck at a great price. If you try to schedule on-site visit, they block your phone number from calling.
You can find these listings all over craigslist for Tommy's Used Cars.
