I have been trying to call this company since 11/23. The last time I spoke to a live person was 11/22. I can't get an answer to mailings, emails, phone messages. I tried calling the entire week of 11/28-12/2 and was told by an automated message to email all concerns. I have left a voicemail message everyday since their NEW PHONE SYSTEM" was implemented. Nope no return call. I have faxed and mailed also with no repsonse. I have even emailed the President of the company with no response! I have 12 accounts with this company and when October's payments FINALLY started getting paid only 6 were. One was only suppose to be a payment of $18 and a payment of $150 was made. There is still money sitting there that has not been applied to the remaining six cards. Then they take the money for November out and it wasn't enough? I couldn't get an answer for that. I had to use my daughter's Christmas money to pay the remaining 6 cards as I was getting calls from the creditors threatening to send me to collections.

I take full responibility for my debt and was hoping that this company would help me out but I have had nothing but hell for the last 3 months since I joined. I have 3 cards with late marks on my credit now. Before I joined I was never late. Now the payments are late every month.

I don't understand how they can manage to take my money but can't manage to pay what needs to be paid? I'm giving them a couple more months to try and "RECOVER" from the hurricane. But they had plenty of time before the Hurricane hit to gets things in order and move up to North Carolina and get set up there. How did they manage to get my money while the Hurricane was happening if all their systems were down?

If things don't start turning around then i'm going to pull out of the contract and go somewhere else. They should take that set-up fee and apply that to my cards. I can handle not getting that back at the end.

I just want to get out of debt like they promised. I have to live with the monthly payments that's fine but not the headache of nothing getting paid on time or paid at all.

I finally got a call...but they will not give me back the $280 some odd dollars I had to pay from my daughter's christmas money. All I got was a "sorry for your troubles. Were really sorry you had to do that." I consider the issue resolved as far as them not messing up the payments and getting the amounts wrong anymore...but it sucks i'm out that money on top of what they already debited from my account.
