Family Credit - Karen Givens-Smith - Linda Thvlina - rick - rob - jason ripoff ignored cease and desist request for any and all transactions, withdrew money of our account Lauderdale Lakes Florida
my husband and i believed that this credit counseling was going to assist us with the creditors we owed to. they withdrew 2100.00 altogether from us, never paid any of our creditors, and when i asked to be refunded for the amount they took from us, and to cancel any and every transaction between family credit counseling and us.
i was unable to get in touch with anyone in the company, even though i send numerous emails, faxes, and registered letter. they ignored and went ahead and took funds from us, directly from our account. and added payments to the amount, instead of being 200.00 a month it became 591.00 every 2 weeks, then 182.00, then 400.00 to the amount of 2100.00 which never was rendered to the creditors we owed to.
now we have the creditors trying to garnish pur wages and so on. we need help
