I went to the store..I showed the Manager..pictures and explained what was going on..He was very nice like he has done this before..I assume.TOls me that someone by the name of Kevin would call me to come by and investigate the problem in a few days ..its been 3 weeks.. I plan to go again tomorrow ,I need a solution I spent 1900.00 on these two sofas...

Glad to see letters work and small business keeps their word of customer service. Family furniture did a fair exchange for better furniture after I sent a letter of complaint. Thanks Guys!
