 Family Mobil sold defective androids called concords. My concord never worked right and broke in 3 or 4 months. I called them since this phone clearly comes with a year warranty. I was told to send my phone to them and that I would have to pay the shipping. I was also told that I would not be entitled to a replacement phone "company policy". Finally I was informed that my new phone would not be sent to me for 3 or 4 weeks. It has now been 3 or 4 months.

I called Family Mobil again to see why I had not received my new phone and was informed that they have no phones and they gave some lame excuse about the manufacture. I asked if I cancelled my service with Family Mobile would I still get my phone. I got some dishonest speel about how it would be easier If I didn't cancel. Family Mobile has ripped many people off and I can't believe they havn't been held accountable or sued yet.

Plus the service is not good.

Once again Walmart and Family Mobile is failing to take respondsibility for themselves and continue to justify ripping people off with their defective Concord Android phones. 

I finally got a third party involved and asked for a refund. I took full respondsiblity and paid postage to send my phone (that had a 1 year warranty) back. I also did everything Family Mobile told me to do.

Family Mobile has no integrity and told me that I would not be given a loaner phone while my Concord was being worked on. Once I got the third party involved, majically a phone appeared on my door step in 2 days. I had been waiting for at least 4 months prior to that.

Eventually I recieved an apology email claiming I would get a free month of service for my trouble. However I was charged for my next month of cell phone service. Shocking...(never got my free month)

Perhaps you should not comment on things you know nothing about. I don't even know anything about things like "candy crush". I don't play games on my phone.

You must be God since you proclaim that You "doubt I was told that". Apparently were on the phone during my conversation with Family Mobile. I wish I knew it all like you.

Word of advise. Refrain from making assumptions about things you know nothing about. And taking a good look in the mirror would be a much better option for all involved.

Walmart and Family Mobile will loose my business and be further reported if you continue to blame and stick your nose into business that you don't know about.

I don't play this lack on integrity corperate game.

Word of advise to those looking for cell phone service. Family Mobile with Walmart is cheap but not honest with their customers.

All phones come with a 1 year manufactures warranty it requires you to contact the manufacturer and register your phone with them then make a claim against the phone.  At that point they send you a box to send your phone in.  You won't get a replacement unless you bought the insurance which no one ever does but everyone does demand replacements.

I always ask people what they use their phones for.  The Concord is a very basic android phone.  You're not gonna be able to play candy crush and a lot of other intensive apps.  The phone just doesn't have the resources for it.  For phone users I'd suggest the Mytouch T, Galaxy II, etc since they are higher end phones with more resources but they cost more.

WFM has not ripped many people off.  A lot of complaints are just a lot of people who really can't follow directions even though they've signed and dated paper that explain the directions.
