We live in GA, checked locally and all on the internet. After much research decided FamilyPoolFun was a Co. that was reasonably priced and although far away, they assured us we could have our pool within 4-7 bz days. We gave our CC #, waited excitedly. 'Sent out invitations for our twin daughters 9th b-day Laui/Pool party, and awaited our pool. Mind you to surprise the kids while they were visiting great-grandma. Going to have it all set up. 4 weeks later no pool!

The party is in 1 week. Jay at the pool co. swears he told us upon ordering that it would be "at least 2-3 weeks". That was when I e-mailed him at 2 weeks, then at 3 1/2 weeks, he tells me in an e-mail (they won't speak to you over the phone anymore- they must have so many complaining- they have put a recording on saying they have been running behind but if you'd like to "Upgrade" they do have a few available to ship out immediately!!!!) so then he says he told my husband on the phone at ordering it would be at least a month.

I send him a "not so nice e-mail back and he finally calls me... Tells me he "specifically" remembers talking with my husband a bout 3-4 weeks back and told him it could take a month or longer to get the pool and my husband said fine!!!!!!!!!!

That was the only reason we went with them was the price and time line ! I found it odd he could use God and a lie in the same sentence. Then tells me, not to cry over spilled milk!!!!!!!!!!, The odasity. Not good business sense.
