Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We bought the fantom xt and all was fine until it broke and we tried to have it fixed under warantee. The answer was no, the company was no longer. So we are screwed time to go out and buy a new vacuum.

Now I'm watching tv and they are back with the infomercials to suck up a new batch of suckers. People do yourself a favor and spend your money that you work hard for on companies that have been around for a while.

Yes I contacted the company and belive it or not they haven't contacted me. That should say enough!

It is true, the original Fantom company did go bankrupt back in 2000, when the bankruptcy court sold their assets one of the items sold was the name "Fantom". A Chinese company bought the name and is now manufacturing some real cheap crap overseas and selling them here as "Fantoms" tho they are not the same vacuums at all. If you still have your XT it can most likely be repaired, tho it will not be covered by a warranty.
