This husband and wife team will make you believe that you are going to get a first class job. You will be very disappointed and short of money when they get through of if you allow it. They came to my home with a contract in hand for me to sign. It looked reasonable and after inquiring about them I saw no reason not to hire them. In short they stole from me -- tools -- chair seats -- cooking supplies etc. They used my tools for their work -- left helpers on the job not supervised and broke their contract multiple times. The last day I saw them they threw stuff as much together as they could and left for good - leaving me with no window treatments -- kitchen or bathroom cabinets and a very shotty paint jobs. All of these were paid for a long time ago. They told me they would be back the next day to put up the window treatments and the next Monday the cabinets would be in. They then started not answering the phone and claming that she had been in the hospital. Well weeks later there is no sign of them and will not return calls or E mails. I do not see how people like this sleep at night.
Simply put -- Michael and Tracy Farley are rip offs !!

The people operating this home service offers many services on their web site of which one is the type of service we hired them for. They came into our home and were very nice and listened -- gave their suggestion -- took measurements and left. Later they came back with a price and a contract and we also decided to hire her for design services. This seemed very nice to us to have our first floor remodeled extensively within the 7 weeks that they promised. Well 13 weeks later it is not through and we have not seen the two in weeks. No phone call -- no E mail -- so I assume that they are gone and am calling to get estimates to finish our home. We have a long way to go -- they have been paid but we still have no kitchen drawers and cabinet door (53 total) -- no curtains (paid 2000 for them to her) and a paint job that is being corrected by my wife and myself -- holes in the walls due to her trying to mount items at will. In short beware of these two -- Michael does good work when he is there -- mostly not there -- and Tracy has good color choices but is no designer. It will cost us about 10K to fix everything. Plain and simple they will rip you off. They appear professional but they are only about a step above trailer trash -- Trust me on this. We had a contract to remodel our downstairs of our home and here is what the final outcome was. Broken contract on their part for the time frame and also financial. They left never to return any calls or E mails with us short of the following - all of which were paid for -- cabinet doors in kitchen and master bathroom (53 total drawers and doors) -- built in cabinets in kitchen -- a unfinished bathroom -- unfinished painting throughout the home. Also missing many items that were simply took from us. It has been two weeks since they left and no calls or E mails explaining what has happened or anything. Our home has to be finished as we have been so taken advantage of by these two crooks. Estimates from other contractors to finish and FIX what they have done is over $10,000. Tracy was paid over $3000 for her part and delivered nothing in the design department except pictures hung with "huge holes" in the walls. She is probably the worst of the two.
