I am well acquainted with ordering fabric online, and the pros and cons of doing so. The customer service from this company was so attrocious, I never got past the ordering process. I placed an order for 24 yards of fabric, and they were short 2 yards. Seeing that I was ordering fabric for matching garments, I obviously had to change the whole order. I asked the representative if she had a couple others available; more than one because I had to contemplate a suitable replacement once (Paula) told me that my original order was was 2 yards short.

After speaking to my seamtress; in about an hour interval, she informed me that the fabric that (Paula) told me was available has no stretch in it at all, so that would not be a feasible replacement for my original order which was a stretch poplin. I e-mail Paula back and inquired about a set of jersey fabrics that might work. She informed me that she had already cut the fabric twice and I needed to make up my mind. That struck me as odd because if you were at the end of a bolt, why wouldn't you measure it and then ask me before you cut it and prepared it to ship.

Like in a way, not giving me a choice on if I would have taken 2 yards less. In addition to that, why would you cut my second choice out of 3, without confirming that okay, yes, since that is the only choice available, I will take that. She expressed how irriatated she was and said that I could not keep changing my order; EVEN THOUGH, it was her company that in fact changed my order. I apologized for any inconvenience I had caused her; which she had yet to do in return for me, and then asked about 3 final fabrics that I only needed not even half of my original order in each and she flippantly told me that my order could not be fufilled and she would refund my money.

I had my sister call and ask if they had my last order in stock just to see if she had just written me off or if they were actually out of stock. They were not out of stock, she just no longer wanted to deal with my order after she made her mistakes. I e-mailed her and told her how horrible her cusomer service was and how rude and disrespectful her disposition was and not to my surprise, I did not recieve a response. I also informed her that I would be writing a review and I am awaiting my refund and I would never ever order fabric from this company again.
