Dear Mr. Jan Patters, Good day! We recently got an alert from this article and so we decided to respond. We are really sorry also for what you have felt regarding our service. We again studied your issue and saw that after signing up an account with us, you immediately requested to cancel the service in less than 24 hours. The reason for this cancellation was that you have been given a fax number that was not a local number in associate to your location. Pardon us but that was an auto generated number from our system. It only means that you allowed our system to randomly chose an available number for you. Before a successful sign up, client will be given the chance to choose a number for him but if he ignored it, the computer will automatically assign a number for his account. If you are still concern with this issue, please let us know on how you have signed up with us. Our system have an option to let clients choose available numbers from our number pools or the lists of available numbers. They also have the option to allow us to just give them a number that was randomly chosen from our number pool. Anyone can sign up an account on our system online in just a few minutes. We would probably admit that our website by that time was not yet updated. However, our customer service personnel were always trying to help. Changing a number for a new sign up can easily be done. Hence, in less than a day, you have not given us the chance to prove you that our service is good. Our current website already had a trapping procedure that won't allow a successful creation of an account with a fax number that was not compatible with the client's chosen FaxMicro package. On the other hand, with regard to the refund request that you have asked from us, your credit card on file have been credited back fully. We are not like others who do not have the heart for people, we care about relationships, and most likely that was the reason on why we have chosen to just ignored this long time ago, we did not want to make things more complicated. We thought that that was normal for every company. For the past couple of years, we have just decided to continually improve our service for our valued customers especially on those areas that they have given suggestions.
