FSNTS Tax Negotiators We have been working with FSTN forover one year who has not done anything with our case in over a year, doesnt answer my phone calls. I was told our case was in in abatement but when I ask how our case is going i get no answer. Renton Washington
We have been working with FSTN Negotiators for over 1 year now. We were told they could recover IRS Penalty fees and Interest fees. We paid them 1000.00 to begin with, then were being charged 35.00 a monthly, total now of 1300.00. First, they kept billing us 35.00 a month, for 4 months, then we were told to pay up the full amount to IRS.
We were told to pay up our back taxes and that would show good faith and they would recover the penalty fees and Interest fees for us. After I paid the IRS 13,009.60 in August 2008, Ive called FSTN and they keep telling me our case was now in Abatement. That has been over 6 months now and when I call for answers, nothing was said that our case was in Abatement, they give excuses as to why its not settled yet, and I feel its so they can keep getting money from us. I do not get any answers to my questions,I dont hear from them unless I call them and then it takes some time before anyone answers my phone calls. Jerry Adams (who is suppose to be handling our case) gives me the run around when I do get in contact with him. I feel this Company is ripping us off all this money we have paid them, with no results what so ever, nor do I feel they are working our case as we were told. I would like to know
what can be done about this. Im furious.
