i could not access their webpages for grant info. i contacted customer service and was told i would be charged 39.95 unless i cancelled. since i could not get the information i was looking for, i told them to cancel my membership immediately.
the service rep assured me i would not be charged. she refused to give me her name when i requested it.
a hold for 39.95 was put on my account on 6/10/2009. i intend to let this charge be returned as i have withdrew funds from my account so that it will not be paid by my bank.
i hope they try to sue me. i have lawyers too.
