We have been looking for a tractor for our small farm, and when this came up on the local craigs List for Binghamton, NY, we were excited!
2005 John Deere 3320 4x4 Tractor Loader Backhoe + Attachments $4750
The page was strange, more like a web ad, and there was a button to contact the seller rather than a legit email link from craigslist. We answered it and then the link on craigs list was gone 5 minutes later. 3 days later, we finally got an email about it.

First of all I want to tell you that the tractor is still available and the price of $4,750.00 includes all the attachments that you see in the photos and the shipping costs and insurance, so you wont have to pay any extra charges.The tractor looks and work like new. It will come with a trailer and all original manuals. I'm selling it at a low price because I've moved in Dallas, TX. I have opened a farm two years ago but is not working anymore and I decided with my partner to cover some money with selling of all units that we have. This is a very nice John Deere 3320 4x4 tractor with JD 300CX Loader and JD448 backhoe. This tractor has 318 hours and is powered by a 32 horsepower diesel engine. This tractor has a eHydro transmission, 60" quick attach bucket, 10" rear bucket, 3pt hitch with 540 shaft PTO,1 rear remote, foldable ROPS, and 15-19.5 R-4 rear tires. This is a great tractor and comes with the following attachments: 448 Backhoe 300 CX Frontloader LX5 Rotary Cutter (Mower) 7' Rear Blade 665 5-1/2' Tiller 6' Box Blade Post Hole Digger w/9" Diameter Auger Forklift I-Match Quick Hitch Heavy-Duty Aluminum Canopy Equipped with industrial tread tires to reduce damage while providing traction. Tires are calcium filled. Front loader mechanism is detachable from tractor. 6' front loader blade is quickly detachable from loader arms and the forks can be attached easily. Backhoe is a curved arm 448 with 8'9" of reach. All attachments are I-Match equipped for quick rear attachment changes, excluding post hole digger. The grammatical errors were a warning sign, as were the places there weren't spaces for punctuation. I thought it looked an awful lot like this had been copy pasted, but if it was real, I wanted it. I asked where they would be shipping from and if there were any problems. The reply came about 5 minutes later, and then I knew it was a scam. My questions weren't answered and they told be to send them my info and ebay would contact me.

It was a repeat! I did some checking up on this and found this website. I wrote back asking the same questions as the previous e-mail and for a scan of the title.
It's been 30 minutes and I haven't heard back. I don't expect to.
When something is bought through ebay, ebay makes up a page for it and you click "buy now". Ebay doesn't have the man power to do it the way they describe. Be ware!
