Satisfaction and gratitude. Mr. James Fellowes was good on his word to send me a new shredder. I received it on September 5, 2006. Thank you Mr. Fellowes.

I contacted James Fellowes, CEO of Fellowes. He wants me to send him a picture of the unit and says he will send me a new shredder to replace the one I have. We are waiting to see what happens. He seemed like a nice fellow and will probably do the right thing.
