Fenton Maxwell ripoff After purchasing $649.50 air purifier and water purifier, he could not be contacted for any further services. Huntington New York
After purchasing a sink-top (expensive) water purifier and two (2) air purifiers at $649.50 each, Alpine Industries salesman, Fenton Maxwell was not to be found. He did not return numerous phone calls. He was charming and sincere and we felt comfortable when we spent more than a thousand dollars with his company. However, we needed to have a unit serviced and were looking to him for guidance and now we own 2 air purifiers that do not work and don't have filters for the water purifier.
Needless to say, we spent more than a thousand dollars on three (3) products from Alpine Industries and can't use any of them!
Even after leaving a message on his phone stating that we would like to purchase more products (not really) he still did not return our calls. I see that he has since moved from Ridge, NY to Huntington, NY.
We will never trust these types of charming, sincere salespeople at home improvement shows again. Expensive lesson learned.
Don't buy anything from Fenton Maxwell.

I have moved, to my customers

I moved and sent cards to my customers. As we all know a lot of people throw cards away as being junk mail. My phone # 1-800-354-0385 is posted and if anyone has a problem the machines have a three year parts and labor warranty.

I changed my phone number to an 800# in order to make it easier for my clients. I did send out a mailing, however like many mailings it could have ended up in the garbage. I'd be delighted for this lady to contact me and allow me to resolve her problem. I would contact her, however I don't know who she is, as she only gave a first name. In addition all the paperwork that comes with my equipment has information that directs customers to the head office, where I can be contacted.
